The update will come to OTA compatible devices as it is available on the Android site for developers who wish to download it and transfer it to its own device.
New compatible devices are: Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel C, Nexus Player, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P.
The update will take care of some general functions such as fingerprint, especially on my Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P and some problems with battery speed and Bluetooth interconnect.
The update will also include the April security patch, an update Google sends monthly to its phones and smartphones.
